    <title>2005 Rockefeller New Media Foundation Proposal</title>
    <link>http://hdl.handle.net/1813/5222</link>
    <description>Title: 2005 Rockefeller New Media Foundation Proposal
Authors: Diamond, Sara
Abstract: CodeZebra Operating System is an advanced web based visualization tool that enables conversations&#xD;
between different individuals and groups on the Internet. CodeZebra employs animal print metaphors and&#xD;
other organic patterns. This refers to the technological jungle in which human survival is increasingly&#xD;
reliant on communication skills. It suggests the need for socio-ecological responsibility in the development&#xD;
of technologies. CodeZebra's role-play and aesthetic approach is meant to encourage cross-disciplinary&#xD;
dialogue, creativity and play, especially between artists and scientists.</description>
