Abstract: This appears to be an information handout which was distributed for the dedication of the "new" food science research building at the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, NY. The handout includes information on the building (such as name of the general contractor in charge of construction) and describes some of the history behind the project. Also the handout describes the importance of the food processing industry in New York.
Description: This is a three page information handout distributed for the dedication of the Food Science and Technology building at the NYSAES in May of 1960.
