| Abstract: | The hazards associated with the handling and application
of toxic chemicals employed in insect control require
that strict precautionary measures must be followed. It
necessitates the use of appropriate safety equipment. The
types of protective devices needed are dictated by the
tox-icity of the given insecticide, its formulation, the method
of application, and whether the treatment will be made in an
open or enclosed area. |
