| Title: | 2005 Rockefeller New Media Foundation Proposal |
| Authors: | Gharavi, Lance |
| Issue Date: | 12-Jan-2007 |
| Abstract: | IM/UR II: Identity Exchange is an interactive performance installation that will involve
head-mounted displays (HMDs), stereoscopic video, interaction with real-time virtual worlds,
exotic input devices, music, and a live cyborg-performer named UR (Universal Remote). It is a kind of parallel work to another project of mine, also entitled IM/UR (the "II" in the new title does not indicate a sequel, but rather a parallel). IM/UR II: Identity Exchange is an entirely new piece that borrows some of the concepts of the previous work. |
