dc.description.abstractOver the past 40 years, the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) has aimed to assist limited resource audiences in acquiring the knowledge, skills, attitudes and changed behaviors necessary for nutritionally sound diets, and to contribute to their personal development of the total family diet and nutritional well-being (USDA CSREES, 2009).
